The banana desert looks awesome! I've never really used bananas much in terms of cooking things. I guess banana bread is about the only thing that comes to mind. I'm a big fan of desert foods so I'll be trying this out soon!
ya Peter, we all hav special interests for foods. For instance,once one german friend came home & i proudly offered him 'vermicelli payasam'.In india if we gets it we say 'umm woww' & we finishes it off in sec. but my friend rather asked 'wot is this? noodles cooked in milk??!!' lol... can't blame him, he is not used to eat noodles sweet. wot we here say is -'Über Geschmack kann man nicht streiten' that means - Can't fight on taste differences!
