Deepawali celebration vth Badam Halwa

Irresistable Halwa, need bit of patience to make. Most of the time is needed for peeling off the skin of badam. I took 250 gm of badam , so it was quiet a bit. Just watch TV while doing it.
Badam is known for making the skin better, so hope we all gain a bit of color and glazing this deepavali ;) Happy Deepawali !!!!!!

Things Needed:
Badam - 250 gm
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 3-5 tbsp (as per need)
Cardamom - 4 pods crushed
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Saffron - 2 pinch , soak them in milk.

Preparation Method:
Soak almonds for around 3 hours. Peel off skin. Soak saffron in little milk.
Grind adding milk to make a coarse paste.
Heat ghee in a nonstick pan. Pour almond paste to this & saute continuously.
Mix in sugar , saffron , keep sauting.
Finish off adding cardamom.
Decorate with sliced almonds.
