We celebrated the first birthday of our son . It was very special for us and for the first time we decided to cook things for ourselves . ya it was some hours of hectic work but we still had fun.
The Birthday cake was a 4 layered Butter cream torte decorated with strawberry and chocolate flakes.
It was accompanied with Rötkäppchen kuchen, sherry crumble cake (Kirschen streusel kuchen),Plums apple cake ( apfel zwetschgen Gügelhupf) & a fresh fruit tarte.
We got all appreciation from our friends n family.
We also made Mutton Biriyani and Auflauf , our own creation as the main foods . We also did some grilling . Also made a couple of easy salads to accompany the main items ... some fresh yogurt salad , Potato salad and Noodles salad. Also made an attractive layered salad torte .
