Fruit cream torte - Obst Sahne Torte

Things Needed:

2      Eggs
125 gm Sugar

100 ml Oil
100 ml Orange Juice

2 tbsp Cacao powder
150 gm All purpose flour
1 tsp  Backing powder

For filling:
2 pack Vanilla pudding powder
400 gm Whipping cream
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
2 tsp cream stiffner

4    Pears
some Strawberry
some Blueberry
some Red n Green grapes

grated  chocolate
chopped Hazelnuts

Preparation Method:

1. If you are cooking the pudding, prepare pudding first & Let it cool.
Grease backing form.Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

2. Beat eggs with sugar until creamy.
Add oil & juice, mix.

3. Mix dry ingredients together (flour,cacao,backing powder).
Add flour to the egg mix using a sieve. 
After mixing uniformly pour into baking pan & bake for around 20 min. Let it cool.

4. Peel the pears cut into small pieces & distribute over the cake.
Now beat the cooled pudding to make it soft. Drop it over the pears using spoon & spread evenly.
Refrigerate the cake topped with pears-pudding.

5. Now whip the cream adding cream stiffner & vanilla sugar/a drop vanilla essence.
Spread it over the pudding.
6.  Decorate your torte with Strawberries, blue berries, grapes, grated chocolate, chopped Hazelnuts etc.
