Things needed :
Mint leaves- 1/ 2 cup
Shallot - 3
Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 1 small pod
Vinegar - 1 sp
Salt
Preparation:
Wash & drain the min leaves, peel & cut the shallots & Garlic .
Grind all together in mixer.
Suits very well for Biriyanis, idlis & dosas .
I love all types of chutneys and mint chutney is one of my favourite. Lovely presentation and its very simple to prepare also.
