Mint Chutney

Mother made -MINT CHUTNEY
This is my mom's recipe . I am only writing it down here.
Things needed :
Mint leaves- 1/ 2 cup
Shallot - 3
Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 1 small pod
Vinegar - 1 sp
Salt

Preparation:
Wash & drain the min leaves, peel & cut the shallots & Garlic .
Grind all together in mixer.

Suits very well for Biriyanis, idlis & dosas .
